Everyone freaks out about this IMS, meanwhile the lawsuit over it cited 1-8% failure rate. Lol.
what about locking the cams, and the crank at TDC? or is that when everyone laughs and the shaft pulls to the side and your screwed?

I always lock the Cams and remove the Timing chain tensioners first, slip a tooth and trash the engine.

Why don't they show you locking the cams and crank . You have to do that.
No modern cars are intuitive to fix now. They're all an expensive struggle, with countless 'special tools' etc etc. Even some light bulbs need half the front cowling/bumper to be removed to fit, very handy at 2am in the rain !
