I've owned a phone with a ultra wide for nearly 3 years and I've taken about 7 ultrawide pictures. One of the most useless features I've had on a phone
Here I am a year later enjoying my Pixel 4. Battery regularly between 5-7 hrs on screen time, the battery definitely optimized over the first few weeks. Camera great as expected, 855 processor fast as hell, Android updates scheduled through October 2022, 90 Hz screen, far nicer build than my new plastic S21 (plus it doesn't thermally throttle like the S21). Here in 2021, if you can find a unsold P4 with a fresh battery, it's a far better phone than a new S21.
Only 3:12 SOT?? What? I got 5 hours on mine through 2 days of usage. I tend to leave my phone on overnight (my Pixel 1 didn't loose any percentage of battery overnight, but my 4 looses a few %). Motion sense on, 90Hz on, dark mode. I turn on battery saver sometimes, such as over night or when I wasn't needing my phone/when it didn't matter (when driving, for example).
Are you doing a long term review? I’ve seen you with the 4xl in some reviews, does that mean you stuck with it?
This is why I skipped the Pixel 4 and got the Pixel 4a

All the complaints have ended up being brought to the Pixel 5. That's the one.
I love mine. Many of these reviews seem to really tear into it unfairly

A bit to much negative stuff
This may be in part due to my own laziness, but I couldn't find any info on whether Future PLC awarded Mobile Nations that bonus money for hitting their profit targets. I really want to see you guys do well, so this is somewhat distressing to me. Anybody know about this?

I'd say silly people care about the fingerprint scanner. I currently use both the Pixel 3 XL and 4 XL, handed down all other smartphones. The 4 XL fits my hand like no other. When my 4XL went down (see link) the annoyance holding of the otherwise excellent 3 XL was great. Simply thumb-swiping back from the right is, 'use-supreme'. The 4XL camera and its use is sublime, sheer brilliance and what more can I say. I have the Pixel 3a XL. Better buy and on Google Fi. Mine is a Canadian import made in China before Google me them in Vietnam. Works though. And it's Enterprise ready. I got a shock proof and waterproof case for it but those antimicrobial ones look really nice, especially with the covid-19 going around. That and I wish it had a bottle opener for beer. ? I read beer is actually healthy if you're not drinking enough to replace all your cerebrospinal fluid. ? Cheers! ?

Out of the your 17 phones you displayed, there are 4 smartphones from Motorola you are carrying, moto z play, moto z force, moto x 2014 2nd generation and the original walnut wood moto x 2013.
All the tech reviewers and people with good knowledge about smartphones will choose Motorola, Pixel and iPhone ideally for software and hardware experience. Only Apple, Google and Motorola uses original operating system with their hardware.
Apple optimizes iOS to work best with their Bionic chips and restrict iPhone's storage with 3 GB reserved for the os to run smoothly.
Google and Motorola uses pure stock and near stock android software respectively.
Even Xiaomi, One Plus makes their phones look running smoother by tweaking their animations look faster but actually they are not running faster than Google, Apple and Motorola.
Does anyone know that companies can modify their smartphones to detect the apps which are media consuming apps, which are benchmark apps and make their phones run to their best when they detect benchmarking apps but usually run at normal speed in daily drive.
Once you get used to stock operating system you'll never look at any custom skins.
Maybe it's true 4 is an unlucky number that's why ??
I whimsically got the 4XL cause I wanted to experience the android 11 and I have never ever ever been surprised by cameras or speakers in phones. but holy shit the sound was the thing Google KNEW that everyone had forgotten. like REALLY if I want a CAMERA ill get me an excellent $200 digital camera. but sound. .. sound is my shit
and I hear separation even thought the speakers are 1.5 inches apart I HEAR distance and surround. I know how they did it psychoacoustics DOLBY ATMOS. if you go wireless and through some curves in the groove this will be the winner.

In my AT&T store in Wisconsin, we have sold one singular Pixel 4 XL. Nobody cared about this phone.. so many better choices.
Man I just love my 64GB of storage -_- it's almost like Google has some idea that would be totally cool since they already make YouTube videos free to upload idk maybe like photos won't take up storage oh wait they removed that feature when I bought the phone also for any app that let's you upload images you have to have the image downloaded and for videos you have to search the phones files for the it (┛◉Д◉)┛彡┻━┻
edit: oh and don't even get me started on the motion sense bull crap I had to turn off the smooth display and motion sense so the battery that holds less charge then my 6 year old iPhone 5
