Here is a really quick video to show you how to get a sim card in Delhi Airport when you land.
UPDATE THE SIM CARD COST IS NOW 615RS, NOT 900RS WITH THE SAME DATA BUT FOR 2 MONTHS ONLY.
AND MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT CHANGE AS THEY HAVE TRIED TO SHORTCHANGE ME TWICE AND MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE TOLD ME THEY DID THE SAME TO THEM TOO!
As a foreigner to India, getting a sim card can be quite difficult and time consuming but now that there’s an Airtel store in Terminal 3 of Delhi Airport, this is no longer the case.
You can purchase a sim card in Delhi Airport as a tourist without providing any other documents like photocopies of your passport as they do it for you and it will activate in just a few hours.
