I bought the exact same model of this video. It's super slow, sometime I took more than half an hour to open mozila/firefox/word. Just changed when I instaled by myself a ssd. After that, just after my warranty expired the fans started to do a terrible noise that don't go away. And dell doesn't give a shit for it, even with TONS of users complaining about it.

This Laptop is the worst experience I had since I use computer. Conflict between the nvidia gtx 1050 ti and the integrated intel graphic card which you can not bypass in any way. The main problem is that I can't run games from Steam engine unless I disable the driver from the nvidia gpu. Same thing with many other programs like Adobe Lightroom. Also, if I want to connect the laptop to a TV, I have to restart the pc 3 or 4 time to get the connexion. If I dare open the nvidia control panel to modify the settings, everything freeze and I have to shut down the computer. I have tried everything imaginable to resolve these issues without any sucess. It's a wonderful laptop if you intent to do nothing with it.
don't get this if youre planning on doing heavy cad work, 3d modelling and photo editing
This laptop aged poorly…A better version came out like a year later with much better build quality. Now I'm stuck with 1050ti can't even play PUBG and cyberpunk…Massive regrets

I just got the g3 15 3500 today, i7 10750H, RTX2060, 16GB ram, 512GB ssd, 144Hz 300 nits, lightning port….. It's a beast, looks low key and doesn't scream gamer.
Edit: no ugly stripy pattern anymore and the side bezels are half the width of the 2018 version.
