I think Microsoft has been kinda lenient with the keys really. It phones home to their servers so it's not a huge trouble for them. It also helps them in their market dominance, making them the goto OS for a lot of things. Enterprise is where the money is at that's worth making an effort.

I think this place is selling legit keys – the issue is how they obtained them… very often if not all will have been purchased with stolen credit cards and this is why they are so cheap.
So you will get a fresh key – it will very likely work and be "legit" (purchased from windows), until the person whose credit card was stolen realises (if they do) calls their bank and advises of the fraudulent transaction – bank requests money back from microsoft – microsoft will then brick this windows key.
This might happen a month, week, day year? after you get the key – if key is only costing $10 -$20 – maybe its worth the risk?

I just bought one and was really excited until they told me I hadnt paid for it. I checked my account and the payment had come out and was pending meaning it was awaitng them, to process it. The insisted they had recieved nothing and just left it. didnt do anything to get to the bottom of it or rectify the situtauion with the 3rd party payment system they use…sorry But DONT waste your ti,e with them. scam artists

I would just buy an original Windows (version) install DVD and eBay key. Activate within 3 days and no problems. Or skip buying key if you have 7/8 COA (for which you'll have to upgrade > activate, reinstall).
I've used vip-scdkey for a few years now. Not a single issue and MS has been just fine dealing to people I've passed them on to. Not sure about their MS Office keys though.

I have bought one windows key from scdkey. While it did activate without any problems it was an OEM key not retail. I still think scdkey is not legit as they shouldnt be selling OEM keys to end users. The MS rep sounded like he didnt deal with windows key validity and you never said you were checking on the validity of the key you bought online. You told the rep you bought a PC on facebook not a license key. While you did try to guide the rep in that direction it sounded like he didnt deal with that issue.
There is the possibility MS is trying to fight OS piracy so much they dont spend a lot of resources on grey market sellers, though they have sued at least 1 in the recent past, as they would rather prefer people use some type of licensed OS instead of possibly less secure pirated versions.
