So excited to try this out my self
Yeah I'm sure that you forgot to turn off your notifications .
I'm addicted to social media and all things related to my phone. I have very short focusing period, probably 10 or 15 mins, I know this is alarming but I just can't quit. I tried to quit phone several times but when I quit, I just sat and stared and did nothing. So I, again, turned back to my phone to have a sense of using time productive than not using it. I'm having a lot of problems, which was all led by phone, I don't have time for anything, learning, sleeping, cooking, eating, living my life.
Thanks to the pandemic, I realize how useless and wasteful my days are, I decide to quit it now, once again, seriously this time.
I put this comment here as a mark to come back a month later.
I had a dumbphone until 21, I didn't want a smartphone. My parents thought I need to get with the times.
So they bought me one. I regret agreeing to that. I didn't care about the news/politics at all. Now I keep checking them every 3 hours out of curiosity. I lived fine without knowing other people opinions.
U change Ur life.n now it's our time we all unsubscribe n shut down this phone Upto 30 days
At the beginning, why wouldn't you just get your friend with the key to mute your phone for you?
get better
Me: I really need to stop using my phone so much.
This is a great video. I should really do this.
….but first, let me search up five more videos on how to dopamine detox.
Phone: laughs in addiction.
stops using smartphone
switches to browsing and gaming on PC instead
And I'm watching this on my phone and at bedtime. 😫
It’s the smartphone that’s the problem. A button phone is what is needed for the day.
But i want to spend like 30 days without my phone, but i need him to watch online class, study and access content from my school. Usually I spent 4 hours on my phone per day.
If you don't want to use your phone when you are working you can just put it on do not disturb.
Who are watching after knowing that P.V sindhu Didn't use her phone for 8 months
I will not use the phone for 6 months😳😝 … then how can I keep the phone safely?????
I also tried this but without smartphone i can't live for atleast 1 minute😭
(Cell) phone ..its like you're locked up ( as a jail cell) to your phone
Rip
Am on day 6 !!!!!
It's addiction thing no good
I’m planning on doing a modified version of this, but buying a cheap dumb phone so i can still be reached by my wife and such. But this is something i’m craving so thanks for the inspiration

ooh, self burn! those are rare!
7 and a half hours a day??? I didn’t know smartphone addiction was THAT bad, I’m 15 and barely get 30 minutes a day, let alone SEVEN HOURS😳
Well if i would do This i would just Take my iPad Air XD
Getting ideas to get off my cell phone but i need my cell phone to look for ideas
Just smash it with a hammer it's the best feeling.
I'm okay with not using my phone (even though I use it all day) but I'm never turning it off at night cause there might be an emergency
You should always have your phone on you when you are lost or when its an emergency OF COURSE
Am watching this on my phone and its 12 am 😶
I also did this a long time ago.
I stopped using my phone for a week and found myself more aware of what's going on around me. I slept better and I got my grades up in school, all because I didn't use my smartphone for a week.
My suggestion is to only use your phones on weekends and not on weekdays.
Doesn't count if you still have a computer. I get it, but I want to see someone who does no internet at all.
Car 2 Go… what the fuck bro 😂 what are city people DOING
Yep – some of us are old enough to remember life prior to internet & cellphones.
Guess what – we coped and actually had more time to spend with friends & our hobbies were more focused and enriching.
Now – we can get pretty much anything, at the touch of a display, instantly.
This has served to devalue products and divide our attention.
So many people report symptoms of ADHD nowadays – I wonder why 🙂
