What is an endowment policy? It is a life insurance contract designed to pay a lump sum after a specific term on death.
An endowment policy is an investment product, that you buy from a life assurance company. It does not have interest rate risks or investment risks.
You don’t need a medical care if you buy an endowment life insurance policy.
Term life insurance is inexpensive if you are young and healthy. It forces you to save for college.
What are the disadvantages? Endowment life insurance policy provides protection for a specific period. It is not renewable.
The premium payable is higher than payable of term or whole insurance.
