You kinda missed one of the more important design flaws, which is that the intake vents at on the bottom of the laptop. By sheer nature of the design of any laptop, that's a major flaw that causes over heating. I have one, I didn't find out about them until AFTER I bought it, assuming that it wasn't something I needed to check for… because duh, common sense…….. I got mine from Best buy for $1,599 CAD. I it weren't for this one flaw, I'd highly recommend it for as a gaming laptop though.

Hey, i have the 1050ti version and i would like to know is it only me that experienced battery draining (plugged in) while gaming? Also the battery indicator said "plugged in, discharging"

What about thermal throttling when gaming for extensive periods? Is the thermal pasting done better in this version of laptop? I've seen people comment that after few months the performance decreases as in fps drops due to thermal throttling etc.
