คุณกวีวุฒิ เป็นผู้สมัครจากเมืองไทยเพียงคนเดียวที่ได้รับการตอบรับจากมหาวิทยาลัยแสตนฟอร์ด หลักสูตร MBA เมื่อ 2 ปีที่แล้ว ปัจจุบันนอกจากจะทำงานในตำแหน่งนักวางแผนกลยุทธ์ของบริษัทปตท. สำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียม แล้ว ยังเป็นผู้ก่อตั้งโครงการ Asian Leadership Academy ซึ่งช่วยเยาวชนคนรุ่นใหม่ในการพัฒนาทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ กลยุทธ์การสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีม โดยนำความรู้และหลักการคิดส่งตรงมาจาก Stanford Graduate School of Business
คุณกวีวุฒิได้กล่าวว่า ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ไม่ใช่พรสวรรค์ แต่เป็นสิ่งที่เราสร้างได้ โดยอาศัยหลักการ 3 A คือ Ask อย่ากลัวที่จะตั้งคำถาม Act กล้าทดลอง กล้าลงมือทำอะไรใหม่ๆ และ Atmosphere สร้างบรรยากาศแห่งความสนุก
หากในห้องเรียนของเราสามารถสร้างให้เกิดสิ่งเหล่านี้ได้
เราก็คงได้เห็นความคิดสร้างสรรค์มากขึ้นในสังคมไทย
